Database reactivation campaign
Your dead list, worked properly, in batches, with a reason to answer.
Most businesses are sitting on a list of past customers and dead leads worth more than next month's ad budget. Reactivation fails when it goes out as one blast with a generic offer. We clean the list, segment it, write an offer worth answering, and run it in batches across AI calling, SMS and email over three weeks.
Who books this
Who this is for
- Businesses with more than a thousand contacts and no reactivation running
- Clinics, gyms and salons with a long dormant list
- Agencies who want a campaign run for a client rather than built and handed over
The run
How the job runs
No stage names for the sake of it. These are the actual steps, in the order they happen.
- 01
Clean and segment
Deduplication, suppression of anyone with an active booking or an opt-out, and segmentation by what they last bought and how long ago.
- 02
Write the offer
One offer per segment, each with a real reason to come back now. A generic discount to the whole list is why most reactivations get one reply.
- 03
Run in batches
AI calling, SMS and email across three weeks in batches your team can actually service, rather than four hundred replies on a Tuesday morning.
- 04
Hand back segmented
Everyone who responded is tagged by intent, everyone who did not is tagged for the nurture, and the list you get back is more useful than the one you gave us.

Scope
What ships in the crate
Clear boundaries are cheaper than an awkward conversation in week three. Here is exactly what your purchase covers and what gets its own quote.
Delivery
Within 1 to 2 business days
Your share link and install notes arrive by email within 1 to 2 business days of purchase confirmation. Weekend orders go out on the next business day.
Installation support
12 hours, within 14 days
Every purchase carries 12 hours of dedicated installation support, to be used within 14 days of purchase. Book it in one block or in short sessions as you work through the fit-out.
In the crate
Support for the snapshot itself and the automations inside it.
- Getting the nine components live in your sub-account
- Filling custom values, connecting calendars, numbers and sending domains
- Adjusting any workflow that ships inside the crate
- Adding a few more automations alongside the ones already there
- Fixing anything in the snapshot that a GoHighLevel platform change breaks
- Answering how-does-this-work questions about what you bought
A separate order
Work that crosses into somebody else's platform, quoted on its own or delivered through a VA.
The line sits where predictability ends. Everything inside the crate is ours to control, so it is covered. The moment work depends on another company's API, rate limits or release schedule, the effort stops being predictable, and pretending otherwise would mean either padding every price or quietly running out of goodwill.

Every order leaves a docket. This is the strip they hang on, newest to the left.
These are sample dockets. DFY Depot opened recently and has no verified customer reviews yet, so this shelf is stocked with clearly labelled placeholders rather than invented praise. No rating or review data is published to search engines while that is the case. Real dockets will replace these and will carry real names.

SampleQuestions
About Database Reactivation Campaign
What if my list has not been contacted in years?
Then consent is the first question, not the offer. We check what basis you have to contact each segment and we will tell you if part of the list should not be used. A campaign that gets you a complaint is not a win.
Can you run this on a list of only a few hundred?
We can, but the economics get thin. Below roughly five hundred contacts you are usually better served by the reactivation component already inside your snapshot, which we can tune as part of a fit-out.
