Terms and licence

These terms apply to everything bought from dfydepot.com. Buying a crate or briefing a job means you accept them.

What you are buying

A snapshot is a saved GoHighLevel sub-account configuration: workflows, funnels, pipelines, forms, calendars, custom fields, triggers and templates, fitted with the nine components described on each product page. It carries no contacts, no conversation history and no customer data. It is not a GoHighLevel subscription, a phone number, an A2P registration or a sending domain, all of which remain yours to provide.

Delivery

Share links and written install notes are sent by email within 1 to 2 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed at a weekend go out on the next business day. If a link has not arrived within that window, email the counter and we will resend it.

Installation support

Every purchase carries 12 hours of dedicated installation support, to be used within 14 days of purchase. It covers the snapshot and the automations inside it: getting the components live, filling custom values, connecting calendars and numbers, adjusting the workflows that ship inside the crate and adding a few more alongside them. Unused hours expire at the end of the window.

Third-party integrations, third-party API work and custom software development are not covered. They are quoted separately or delivered through a VA, because they depend on platforms outside our control.

Licence

You may:

• Deploy a snapshot you have bought into unlimited GoHighLevel sub-accounts that you own or manage, including client sub-accounts.
• Modify anything inside it, including copy, structure, timing and branding.
• White label it entirely. Nothing requires you to credit us to your clients.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or give away the snapshot itself, in whole or in part, as a product.
• Include it in a bundle, course, membership or template library that you sell.
• Share the share link with anyone outside your organisation.
• Present it as your own work to another snapshot vendor's customers.

The licence is perpetual for what you bought and non-exclusive. Breaching the restrictions above terminates it.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT applicable where you are. No snapshot is ever sold, bundled or discounted below $850. Prices may change; the price you paid is the price that applied at purchase.

Updates

For twelve months from purchase, if a GoHighLevel platform change breaks something in a crate you own, we rebuild the affected part and reissue the share link at no cost. After twelve months what you hold keeps working and simply stops receiving updates.

Refunds

Digital assets that can be imported the moment they are received cannot be returned once the share link has been opened. If a crate does not import, is missing something its listing promised, or is broken by a platform change we cannot fix, we will repair it or refund it. Tell us within fourteen days of delivery.

Services are refundable pro rata for work not yet performed. Discovery fees on custom development are not refundable, because the specification is delivered and yours to keep.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee revenue, lead volume, conversion rates or review counts. Any figures on this site are either the system's stated design targets or illustrative arithmetic with the assumptions shown, and none of them are measured results from named customers. What your business gets depends on your market, your offer, your team and your follow-through.

Your responsibilities

• Holding a valid GoHighLevel subscription and any registrations required to send SMS and email in your market.
• Getting consent for the contacts you message, and honouring opt-outs.
• Reviewing every automated message for the rules of your profession and jurisdiction before it goes live. This matters most in legal, financial, healthcare and insurance work.
• Anything your business does with the system after we hand it over.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything connected with a purchase is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data or consequential loss.
