Hire a GoHighLevel VA who already knows the platform
A trained GoHighLevel VA on your account, working your queue, under your brand.
A GoHighLevel VA is a trained assistant who works inside your GHL account rather than around it: building workflows, tidying pipelines, loading campaigns, chasing documents and clearing the conversation inbox. This is that, on a monthly block of hours, run from the depot and reporting to you. The point is not cheap labour, it is that the person doing the work has already made every mistake this platform invites, on somebody else's account, and will not make them on yours.
Who books this
Who this is for
- Agencies whose builders are too expensive to be doing pipeline hygiene
- Businesses running a crate who have nobody to keep it tidy
- Anyone who has tried a general VA on GoHighLevel and lost a fortnight to it
- Not for you if the work is genuinely engineering, that is a separate bay
The run
How the job runs
No stage names for the sake of it. These are the actual steps, in the order they happen.
- 01
Scope the queue
A call to see the account and agree what the desk owns: which workflows, which pipelines, which inbox, and what the VA must never touch without asking. That last list is the one that keeps this safe.
- 02
Access and guardrails
A named user on your sub-account with the permissions the work needs and nothing more, a written change log, and a rule that anything touching billing, sending domains or A2P registration comes back to you first.
- 03
Run the queue
Work arrives in one place and is worked in priority order. Every change is logged with what changed, why, and which workflow it touched, so nobody is ever archaeologising an account six weeks later.
- 04
Report
A weekly note in plain sentences: hours used, what was built, what is queued and anything found that needs a decision from you.
On completion
What you get, and what you do not
Deliverables
- A named, GoHighLevel-trained VA on your account
- A monthly block of hours, used against a queue you set
- Workflow edits and new builds inside the crate you already own
- Pipeline hygiene, tagging, custom values and list maintenance
- Campaign loading and scheduling, and conversation inbox cover in your hours
- A written change log and a weekly report
Not included
- Third-party integrations, third-party software and custom development, those are engineering, and they are quoted on their own
- Anything requiring a licence or a seat we do not hold
- Cold outreach, list buying, or anything that would put your sending domain at risk
- Work outside your agreed hours, which is quoted rather than absorbed
Scope
What ships in the crate
Clear boundaries are cheaper than an awkward conversation in week three. Here is exactly what your purchase covers and what gets its own quote.
Delivery
Inside 24 business hours
Your share link and install notes arrive by email inside 24 business hours of purchase confirmation. Weekend orders go out on the next business day.
Installation support
9 hours, within 14 days
Every purchase carries 9 hours of dedicated installation support, to be used within 14 days of purchase. Book it in one block or in short sessions as you work through the fit-out.
In the crate
Support for the snapshot itself and the automations inside it.
- Getting the whole fit live in your sub-account
- Filling custom values, connecting calendars, numbers and sending domains
- Adjusting any workflow that ships inside the crate
- Adding a few more automations alongside the ones already there
- Fixing anything in the snapshot that a GoHighLevel platform change breaks
- Answering how-does-this-work questions about what you bought
A separate order
Work that crosses into somebody else's platform, quoted on its own or delivered through a VA.
The line sits where predictability ends. Everything inside the crate is ours to control, so it is covered. The moment work depends on another company's API, rate limits or release schedule, the effort stops being predictable, and pretending otherwise would mean either padding every price or quietly running out of goodwill.

Every order leaves a docket. This is the strip they hang on, newest to the left.
These are sample dockets. DFY Depot opened recently and has no verified customer reviews yet, so this shelf is stocked with clearly labelled placeholders rather than invented praise. No rating or review data is published to search engines while that is the case. Real dockets will replace these and will carry real names.
Placeholder text. This slot is reserved for a named customer describing what changed on their recall list, in their own words.

SampleQuestions
About GoHighLevel VA Desk
What is a GoHighLevel VA?
A virtual assistant who is trained on GoHighLevel specifically and works inside your account: building and editing workflows, keeping pipelines and tags clean, loading campaigns, chasing documents and covering the conversation inbox. The difference from a general VA is that they already know where the platform hides its footguns, draft workflows, duplicate triggers, and the fact that a pair of automations can quietly fight over the same contact.
How is this different from hiring a VA myself?
Mostly in the first two months. A general VA has to learn GoHighLevel on your account, and the tuition is paid in broken automations. Ours arrive knowing it, work to a written change log, and are covered when they are ill, which is the failure mode nobody plans for with a single freelancer.
Do they work under our brand?
Yes. They appear as a named user on your sub-account, they use your templates and your tone, and they never contact your clients as us. If you resell to end clients, your client never learns the desk exists.
What happens if we do not use the hours?
They do not roll over, and we would rather tell you that plainly than let you discover it. If you are consistently under, we will say so and move you down a block, an unused retainer is a cancellation waiting to happen and we would rather keep the account.
Can the VA do the things installation does not cover?
Some of it. Repetitive work that just takes hours, list cleaning, bulk edits, loading campaigns, chasing documents, is exactly what the desk is for. Third-party integrations, third-party software and custom development are engineering, and they are quoted separately no matter who would be doing them.
Which hours do you cover?
The desk runs 9am to 5pm Central, Monday to Friday, the same hours the counter keeps. Inbox cover is within those hours; the AI receptionist and chatbot in your crate are what cover the rest.
