What do I actually get when I buy?

A GHL customizer account. Your login is emailed as soon as payment clears, usually within minutes and never more than 24 hours. You log in, choose and adjust designs in a live editor, and install them into GoHighLevel with one line of code.

Is this a done-for-you install service?

No. The designs are done for you; the account is self-serve. You pick and install them yourself, which takes about two minutes. Support and help docs are there if you get stuck, but nobody logs in to your GoHighLevel.

Do you need my GoHighLevel login or agency access?

No, and we never ask for it. You paste the install line into your own White Label settings. The customizer never needs your GoHighLevel credentials.

How long until I can use it?

Your login is emailed as soon as payment clears, usually within minutes and never more than 24 hours. Check spam if it has not arrived. If anything fails on our side, the team sets the account up by hand inside 24 hours.

Is it a subscription?

No. Each package is a one-time payment with lifetime access and no monthly fee: Depot Lite $179, Depot Plus $449, Depot Max $899.

Which package should I choose?

How is this different from buying a snapshot crate?

A crate loads the system: automations, website, calendars and follow-up for a trade. The customizer changes how GoHighLevel looks and adds widgets. They work together; one does not replace the other.

Will it work on my existing sub-accounts?

Yes. The loader line goes in your agency White Label settings, so every sub-account picks up the design on its next page load, including accounts built from a crate.

Can I change the design after installing?

Yes, any time. Change it in the editor and save; it goes live on the next page load with no re-install.
