GHL custom CSS install, two lines and you are done

Installing the customizer is a paste job, not a project. One script line in Custom JS loads your theme, menus, dashboards and widgets; one import line in Custom CSS loads your login page design. Both are shown with your key already filled in.

How do you add custom CSS and JS to GoHighLevel?

In GoHighLevel, open Agency Settings, then Company, then White Label. Paste the customizer's script line into Custom JS and its @import line into Custom CSS, then save. Every sub-account loads the design on its next page load, and later changes in the editor go live without touching GoHighLevel again.

Five moves

The install, step by step

This is the whole job. If the lines are already in place from an earlier install, saving in the editor is the only step left.

  1. Open Get code in the customizer

    Log in at the customizer, open your workspace and press Get code. Both lines are shown with your own key.

  2. Open White Label settings in GoHighLevel

    In your agency view go to Agency Settings, then Company, then White Label. You need agency admin rights.

  3. Paste the script into Custom JS

    Paste the script line into the Custom JS box. This loads the theme, menus, dashboards, boards, the actions bar and in-app widgets.

  4. Paste the import into Custom CSS

    Paste the @import line into the Custom CSS box. This loads the login page design you picked.

  5. Save and check

    Save, then open a sub-account in a fresh tab and your login domain in a private window. Both should show the new design.

Where exactly do the lines go in GoHighLevel?

Agency Settings, Company, White Label. The script line goes in Custom JS, the @import line in Custom CSS. Both boxes are on the same page.

Do I need to paste the code again after changing my design?

No. The lines load whatever is saved in your account, so changes go live on save. You paste once.

Where do I find my key?

In the customizer's Get code screen. It shows both lines with your key already in place, ready to copy.

Does it affect GoHighLevel's own features or data?

No. It changes how pages look and adds the widgets you switch on. Data, permissions and automations are untouched.

How do I remove it?

Delete the two lines from White Label settings and save. GoHighLevel returns to its stock look on the next page load.

Why do I not see the change?

Hard refresh the page or open a private window, since browsers cache. Then check the line was saved in Custom JS (not Custom CSS) and that your account has a design saved.

How are widgets added to a client website?

Add the website to your allowed domains in the customizer, then paste the embed line it gives you once on that site. Popups, notifications, calculators and floating widgets then run from the editor.

Can I use the customizer with my own custom CSS?

Yes. Keep your own CSS in the box below the import line. The customizer also has a place for custom CSS if you prefer to keep it all together.
