Review engine setup
Ask at the right moment, follow up properly, and hear the bad ones first.
Two things decide whether review automation works: the moment it fires and what happens to the people who do not respond. We wire the completion trigger to the point your customer is actually pleased, build the follow-up cadence behind it, and raise anything unhappy with you privately so the conversation happens before the listing does.
Who books this
Who this is for
- Local businesses whose review count does not match their quality
- Anyone asking for reviews manually, or not at all
- Agencies adding review automation to a client account
The run
How the job runs
No stage names for the sake of it. These are the actual steps, in the order they happen.
- 01
Find the moment
The completion trigger differs by trade. A detailer asks at collection, a chiropractor asks at visit six, a dentist asks on the way out. We pick yours and wire it.
- 02
Build the ask
One short message, on the channel that customer already replies on, with the direct Google or Facebook link in it rather than a page that asks them to search.
- 03
Build the follow-up
A three-touch cadence with a channel switch on silence, capped so it never becomes nagging.
- 04
Protect the listing
A satisfaction check alongside the public link, which everybody gets. A low answer raises a private alert with the detail so you hear about a problem in time to fix it, which is how a listing stays healthy.
- 05
Reply automatically
Auto-replies on published positive reviews with real personalisation, and an escalation to a human on anything critical.

Scope
What ships in the crate
Clear boundaries are cheaper than an awkward conversation in week three. Here is exactly what your purchase covers and what gets its own quote.
Delivery
Within 1 to 2 business days
Your share link and install notes arrive by email within 1 to 2 business days of purchase confirmation. Weekend orders go out on the next business day.
Installation support
12 hours, within 14 days
Every purchase carries 12 hours of dedicated installation support, to be used within 14 days of purchase. Book it in one block or in short sessions as you work through the fit-out.
In the crate
Support for the snapshot itself and the automations inside it.
- Getting the nine components live in your sub-account
- Filling custom values, connecting calendars, numbers and sending domains
- Adjusting any workflow that ships inside the crate
- Adding a few more automations alongside the ones already there
- Fixing anything in the snapshot that a GoHighLevel platform change breaks
- Answering how-does-this-work questions about what you bought
A separate order
Work that crosses into somebody else's platform, quoted on its own or delivered through a VA.
The line sits where predictability ends. Everything inside the crate is ours to control, so it is covered. The moment work depends on another company's API, rate limits or release schedule, the effort stops being predictable, and pretending otherwise would mean either padding every price or quietly running out of goodwill.
Reviews
Dockets from the
Every order leaves a docket. This is the strip they hang on, newest to the left.
These are sample dockets. DFY Depot opened recently and has no verified customer reviews yet, so this shelf is stocked with clearly labelled placeholders rather than invented praise. No rating or review data is published to search engines while that is the case. Real dockets will replace these and will carry real names.
Placeholder text. This slot is reserved for a named customer describing what changed on their recall list, in their own words.
SamplePlaceholder text. A real docket will name the person, the business and the specific thing the system fixed for them.
SamplePlaceholder text held for a service customer. Nothing on this card is a real quotation and none of it is published as structured data.

SampleQuestions
About Review Engine Setup
How many reviews should I expect?
The system is built to produce a steady five to ten reviews a month for a business with regular completed jobs. That is the design target the client brief specifies, not a measured result from a named customer, and your actual volume depends entirely on your job count and how good the work is.
Is routing unhappy customers away from Google allowed?
Asking every customer and giving the public link to everyone is the compliant approach and it is what we build. What we route privately is the follow-up conversation, so you hear a problem in time to fix it. We do not build gates that hide negative feedback from the platform.
